High Temperature Resistance,Large Body Density,Low Water Absorption, Small Thermal Expansion Coefficient Fused Spinel

Fused spinel is a high purity magnesia-alumina spinel grain, which is pr oduced by fusing high purity magnesia and alumina in an exlectric arc furnace. After solidification and cooling, it is crushed and graded to desire ed sizes. It is one of the most resistant refractory compounds.Having a low thermal working temperature, are outstanding in high refractoriness thermal stability and chemical stability, magnesia-alumina spinel is a highly recommended refractory raw material. Its excellent characteris tics such as nice color and appearance, high bulk density, strong resistance to exfoliation and stable resistance to thermal shock, which e nable the product to be widely used in rotary kilns, the roof of electric furnaces iron and steel smelting, cement rotary kiln, glass furnace and me etallurgical industries etc.

Loose-Fill Refractories Alumina Bubble Is Used In The Production Of Lightweight Insulating Refractories

Alumina Bubble is produced by fusing special high purity alumina.Th e melt is atomized with compressed air which leads to the hollow sphere. It is hard but extremely friable with respect to its pressure strengt th. Alumina bubble is used in the production of lightweight insulating refractories where low thermal conductivity and high temperature pro perties are the prime requirements. It is also used effectively for loose-fill refractories.

Needle-Like Mullite Crystals Which Confer High Melting Point ,Low Reversible Thermal Expansion And Excellent Resistance To Thermal Shock For Fused Mullite

Fused Mullite is produced by Bayer process alumina and high purity quartz sand while fusing in super-large electric arc furnace.

It has a high content of needle-like mullite crystals which confer high melting point ,low reversible thermal expansion and excellent resistance to thermal shock ,deformation under load, and chemical corrosion at high temperature.

  • Optimum Toughness Of The Grains Brown Fused Alumina,Suite To Abrasives And Refractorie

Optimum Toughness Of The Grains Brown Fused Alumina,Suite To Abrasives And Refractorie

Brown Fused Alumina is produced by the smelting of Calcined Bauxite in an electric arc furnace at temperatures greater than 2000°C. A slow solidification process follows the fusion, to yield blocky crystals.  The melting help in removing residual sulphur and carbon , Strict control over Titania levels during the fusion process ensures optimum toughness of the grains.

Then the cooled crude is further crushed, cleaned of magnetic impurities in high intensity magnetic separators and classified into narrow size fractions to suit the end use.  Dedicated lines produce products for different applications.

Calcined Alumina Ultrafine For High-Performance Refractories, can be used in castables with silica fume and reactive alumina powders, to reduce water addition, porosity and to increase strength, volume stability.

Calcined Alumina Ultrafine For High-Performance Refractories

Calcined alumina powders are made by direct calcination of industry alumina or aluminum hydroxide at proper temperatures to transform into stable crystallineα-alumina, then grinding into micro-powders. Calcined micro- powders can be used in slide gate, nozzles, and alumina bricks. In addition, they can be used in castables with silica fume and reactive alumina powders, to reduce water addition, porosity and to increase strength, volume stability.

  • Reactive Alumina Has High Purity, Good Particles Size Distribution And Excellent Sintering Activity

Reactive Alumina Has High Purity, Good Particles Size Distribution And Excellent Sintering Activity

Reactive aluminas are specially designed for the production of high performance refractories where defined particle packing, rheology and consistent placement characteristics are as important as the superior physical properties of the final product. Reactive aluminas are fully ground down to the primary (single) crystals by highly efficient grinding processes. The average particle size, D50, of mono-modal reactive aluminas, is therefore nearly equal to the diameter of their single crystals. The combination of reactive aluminas with other matrix components, such as tabular alumina 20μm or spinel 20μm, allows the control of the particle size distribution to achieve the desired placement rheology.

Alumina Ceramic Ball Is The Grinding Medium Of Ball Mill, Pot Mill Grinding Equipment

The main material of Alumina Ceramic Ball is alumina, which is formed by rolling forming and isostatic pressing technology into a ball and calcined at 1600 degrees Celsius. Its characteristics are: high density, low wear, wear resistance, impact resistance, good seismic stability, acid and alkali resistance, no pollution, improve grinding efficiency, reduce the cost of use.

  • Sintered Mullite And Fused Mullite Are Primarily Used For The Production Of Refractories And The Casting Of Steel And Titanium Alloys

Sintered Mullite And Fused Mullite Are Primarily Used For The Production Of Refractories And The Casting Of Steel And Titanium Alloys

Sintered Mullite is choosed the natural high-quality bauxite, through multi-level homogenization, calcined at over 1750℃. It is characterized by high bulk density, stable quality stability thermal shock resistance, low index of high temperature creep and good chemical corrosion resistance performance and so on.

Extremely rare in its natural form, mullite is artificially produced for industry by melting or firing various alumino-silicates. The outstanding thermo-mechanical properties and stability of the resulting synthetic mullite make it a key component in many refractory and foundry applications.

  • Pink Aluminum Oxide Is Sharp And Angular Used In Tool Grinding, Sharpening

Pink Aluminum Oxide Is Sharp And Angular Used In Tool Grinding, Sharpening

Pink Fused Alumina is produced by doping Chromia into Alumina, which gives the material pink color. The incorporation of the Cr2O3 into the Al2O3 crystal lattice produces a slight increase in toughness and a reduced friability compared with White Fused Alumina.

Compared to Brown Regular Aluminum Oxide the Pink material is harder, more aggressive and has better cutting ability. The grain shape of Pink Aluminum Oxide is sharp and angular.
